Unpersönlich aber empfehlenswert Positive: Großes Zimmer. Gute Beschreibung des Eincheckens vorab: Pin für Tür, Schlüssel, Adresse. Lage zur Altstadt super. Geliefertes Frühstück war gut. Sehr schönes und großes Badezimmer. Negative: Keine Zimmerreinigung bei 3 Tagen Aufenthalt. Keine Müllentsorgung obwohl durch gelieferten Frühstück viel Müll anhielt.

Very disappointing stay — noisy construction, poor cleanliness, uncomfortable bed and pillows, slow elevator, dark room, Positive: The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Market Square. Negative: Our experience was quite poor. There’s construction nearby, and the noise woke us up early morning. The hotel wasn’t very clean, and the elevator is extremely slow. It takes two minutes just to reach the second floor. The bed was uncomfortable, with a hole in the middle where I sank in. The pillows were square and decorative, not suitable for sleeping. The room was dark, with poor lighting both natural and artificial. Breakfast was also disappointing: it came in a box with mostly bread, no drinks or cutlery. The kettle in the room was dirty, and there was no milk for coffee. Overall, it did not meet expectations and is not worth the price.

Perfekter Aufenthalt Positive: Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Vielleicht ist der Parkplatz im Hinterhof etwas eng, dafür steht das Auto dort aber sicher und geschützt. Die Lage ist ideal, Brügge lässt sich hervorragend zu Fuß erkunden. Das Zimmer war einfach top – absolut sauber und komfortabel. Besonders praktisch: Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, da das Treppenhaus recht schmal ist. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, mit viel Auswahl wie Obst, Joghurt, Brötchen und Croissants – eigentlich schon fast zu viel 😀 Negative: Das Personal kann ich nicht bewerten, da es eigentlich keinen direkten Kontakt gab. Das empfand ich aber nicht als Nachteil – der Ablauf war sehr gut organisiert und alles lief reibungslos.
