Positive: We have a wonderful experience at this hotel — the location couldn’t be more perfect, right in the city centre and within easy walking distance to everything. Despite being so central, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The service was truly bespoke — Erin went out of her way to make our stay special. From the warm welcome at check-in to the last day. The room was stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the details that make a stay feel luxurious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mix of convenience, comfort, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning.

Ótima estadia e equipe muito atenciosa. Positive: A hospedagem foi excelente. A equipe foi muito antenciosa e solicita e a cidade de Brugge é simplesmente linda.

Tolle Lage, aber das Bett ist nur für sehr verliebte Pärchen geeignet!!! Positive: Alles außer dem Bett war top. Negative: Es gab nur eine große Bettdecke für zwei Personen. Das kann schon für Paare ein Problem sein. Für zwei Freund gleichen Geschlechts ist das ein absolutes NO-GO!!! Glücklicherweise war es warm genug, dass ich ohne Decke schlafen konnte.

We had a lovely stay! Positive: Private, quiet, and not too far of a walk to get anywhere. We enjoyed the coffee machine in our room and the delicious butter cookies. Excellent bakery for breakfast, sandwiches, snacks, etc. a few doors down. Negative: On the small side, and the slowest elevator ever…take the stairs! Rooms are hot in summer, no AC, but they offer a fan.

Séjour très agréable et sans contrainte - à recommander! Positive: Établissement très bien situé , chambres bien équipées et confortables, système de clés ( et bip pour le garage ) très pratique et petits déjeuners copieux .
